What we are
SupplementsGo is an independent supplement comparison directory. We catalogue products sold on Amazon.com, organise them so like can be compared with like, and write guides explaining what supplement labels actually mean. We are funded by Amazon affiliate commission, disclosed on every page that carries a purchase link.
Who writes it
Florence — Editor
Florence writes and edits the guides on SupplementsGo. The site exists because comparing supplements on the major marketplaces is unreasonably difficult — the same nutrient appears in different units, doses hide behind serving sizes, and the figure printed largest is rarely the one that matters. The guides set out to fix that one label at a time.
Florence is not a doctor, pharmacist or registered dietitian. She has no clinical qualification and does not claim one. The work here is documentary: reading labels carefully, converting figures into something comparable, and citing what health authorities and published research say. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and where a question is clinical the guides say so and point you to a professional.
The product catalogue covers Amazon.com listings, so prices, availability and regulatory status described on product pages are those of the United States market.
Medical review
Guides covering dosage, upper limits, safety, contraindications or medication interactions carry a visible notice stating that they have not been clinically reviewed. They are checked editorially against the sources cited — NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, NHS, HSE, NCCIH and published research — but that is editorial review, not clinical review, and we do not blur the two.
We are working towards review by a qualified clinician for those pages. When a guide has been reviewed, the reviewer will be named on the page with their registration and the date of review. You will not find a page on this site carrying an anonymous reviewer, and we will not use a stock byline or an invented credential to fill the gap.
Corrections
If something here is wrong, we want to fix it. Errors of fact are corrected on the page, and material corrections are noted with the date. Supplement labels and formulations change; if you find a specification that no longer matches the product, tell us and we will update it.
