Spirulina
Spirulina is a single ingredient sold two ways: loose powder dosed in grams, and tablets dosed in milligrams that need several units to match one powder serving. Comparing a 500 mg tablet with a 3 g scoop means doing the arithmetic first — six tablets to one scoop.
Beyond dose, the variables are origin, whether the product is certified organic, and servings per container. Tablet counts here run high, so pack size differences between brands are large.
