Multivitamins
Multivitamins are the broadest label on the site: twenty or more nutrients in one serving, each at an amount the front label never shows. Comparing two bottles means putting their panels side by side, since the same product name can cover very different formulations.
Two things are worth checking first. The serving size — many multivitamins count two or three tablets as one serving, which changes every figure on the panel — and whether iron is included, since men’s, women’s and 50+ versions of the same brand usually differ mainly on that point.
For single nutrients at higher doses see vitamin D, vitamin C, B vitamins and iron, or browse all vitamins.
