B Vitamins
B vitamins are sold both individually — B12, B6, folate, thiamine — and as B-complex products carrying all eight in one tablet. Units switch between them: B12 and folate are dosed in micrograms, most of the others in milligrams, which makes eyeballing a panel misleading.
The detail that most separates products is the form used. B12 appears as cyanocobalamin or methylcobalamin, folate as folic acid or methylfolate, and both are named on the panel rather than the front. Sublingual tablets and liquids sit alongside standard capsules.
