Men's & Women's Health

Products marketed for men and for women are, on the label, usually a multivitamin base with a few ingredients adjusted — often iron levels, and sometimes additions such as collagen or specific B vitamins. Comparing them means reading the supplement facts panel against a standard multivitamin rather than taking the front-of-bottle framing at face value.
