Collagen
Collagen is dosed in grams rather than milligrams, and sold by type: type I and III typically from bovine or marine sources, type II usually from chicken. Products are also labelled as peptides or hydrolysed collagen, which describes processing rather than a different protein.
Compare grams per serving first, then the source and type, then servings per container — a tub sold by weight can hold anywhere from 20 to 60 servings depending on scoop size. Powders dominate here, with capsules needing many units to reach an equivalent gram dose.
